The Vaults Art Production Centre is not a space open to the public. Visiting it can pose health and safety risks. Only professionals working in the workshops have free access to the Vaults.

General Rules

The Vaults are open daily from 10:00 to 19:00, except on weekends and public holidays.

In order to avoid creating situations potentially dangerous to yourself and others around you, you must comply with the requirements of public order, fire safety, and occupational safety when visiting The Vaults.

Please leave your workplace in order at the end of the day. We ask that all tools be put away, working surfaces wiped down, and rubbish thrown into the bins provided.

Please wear a lab coat or an apron while working in order to protect your clothes. These can be provided to you by Vaults staff.

We kindly ask that you be careful with the property of the Vaults and that of other visitors.

Unfortunately, the GES-2 House of Culture is not responsible for any belongings left at the Vaults.

Strictly prohibited

Please do not use machines without supervision.

Any person in a state of intoxication will be refused entry to the Vaults. If members of staff believe you to be intoxicated, you will be asked to leave the premises.

It is forbidden to bring any weapons, sharp objects or cutting implements, pyrotechnic products, self-defence devices, weapons of any kind, or alcohol onto the Vaults premises.

Smoking is prohibited in the Vaults. This prohibition extends to electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products.

Please do not eat or drink in the Vaults.

For safety reasons, we do not allow animals on the Vaults premises.

We kindly ask you to refrain from using flash while taking photographs and filming for personal, non-commercial purposes. For professional filming and photo shoots, please contact the administration.

If your behaviour causes discomfort to others, the administration reserves the right to demand that you leave the Vaults and to refuse you future access to the premises in perpetuity.

Health and Safety Rules

Please be careful when near machines and equipment. Please stay away from running equipment, do not touch its moving parts, do not open or remove protective screens and safety fencing, or touch raw materials, expendables, or finished products without the permission of Vaults staff.

If you discover a suspicious object or witness smoke/fire, please contact Vaults staff or security immediately.

In the event of a fire (a siren will sound, followed by a voice alarm), please leave the premises according to the evacuation plans available in the workshops. Please follow the evacuation marking and the instructions of Vaults staff.

If you are stuck in a lift, please call the number indicated in the cabin or press the alarm button to get help.

Please do not step on electrical cables or other objects. Pay attention to information signs.

Unfortunately, the GES-2 House of Culture is not responsible for accidents resulting from violations of the rules listed above, of the occupational safety requirements established by the laws of the Russian Federation, or of the internal regulations.
