Sasha Anikushin

Curator of the GES-2 accessibility and inclusion programmes and staff member of the Learning Experience Department of the V–A–C Foundation. Culturologist, social worker, volunteer at the Master and Margarita social and everyday adaptation workshop for neurodivergent teenagers and young adults. Has worked as an analyst at the KB23 research bureau (2016-2017) and at the Andrey Rylkov Foundation for Health Promotion and Social Justice (2018-2019). In 2019, he curated programmes for neurodivergent visitors at the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art. He is a researcher of contemporary practices of socio-cultural interaction and representation of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.

Vlad Kolesnikov

Curator of the GES-2 accessibility and inclusion programmes, staff member of the Learning Experience Department of the V–A–C Foundation and a teacher of additional education at the School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing No. 52. He has supervised programmes for deaf and hard of hearing visitors at the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art (2015-2018) and headed the Sector of Accessibility and Implementation of Inclusive Programmes of the State Historic Museum (2018-2021). He is a teacher for the deaf and hard of hearing and a Russian sign language interpreter. His professional interests are related to the education of the deaf and hard of hearing and their inclusion in general cultural context.

Victoria Kuzmina

Specialist in accessibility programmes for deaf and hard of hearing visitors at the GES-2 House of Culture and staff member of the Learning Experience Department of the V–A–C Foundation. Since 2017, she has been organising events for deaf and hard of hearing visitors. She is a member of the Youth Affairs Commission of the Central Board of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf, a correspondent of VOGinfo, social worker and volunteer. Victoria is deaf since childhood and knows Russian sign language.
